John was a good buddy for my Dad, Frank Pepin, in Northwoods. He was always very perky, with it, and alive in so many ways. I liked him a lot, spending time with him and Mac McDonald when I visited Dad. I’m sure he will be missed by all the residents of Northwoods. All my best to his family.

Will always remember fondly the visits with John and Sonja at their home in Perkins with Pastor Fred. They welcomed me (an outsider) and made me feel right at home. Our time together was brief, but always memorable. They will both be missed.
