Joan Catherine (Fort) Micheau, age 72, of Rock, was called home to be with the Lord, on Thursday November 1, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Joan was born July 18, 1940 the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Ellen Fort of Marinette, WI. Joan married Wayne M. Micheau in July of 1983.
Joan was an active member of the VFW Post #1887 in Menominee, MI for 31 years. She loved her bowling, darts, and her favorite was Bingo and her occasional trips to the casino. Joan was known for her fun loving personality, and her love for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

sorry to hear about joan when we were young we sang together with a couple of bands when she married her first husband i use to go for coffee quiet often. she was my friend and i know she will be missed my prayers are with you all
