Joan Z. Amann, 81, of 8267 N.7 Lane, Gladstone, passed away Monday afternoon July 27, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba.
Joan was born January 3, 1928 in Port Huron, MI the daughter of Benhart and Ruth (Hewett) Olson. Joan was employed with Gladstone Public Schools for several years.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, William L.

Mrs.Ammann was a wounderful & caring person. I had the privilege of her as a teacher at Flat Rock School. Every time I walked into the room, she made me Smile. She will be missed & loved by all!
