I know that some times cancer can take the best people away from us and it did with taking Jeff away from all of his loved ones and friends and family. I am sorry to hear he has passed away. Know you are all in my prayers daily.
Even though times will hurt for a while knowing Jeff will no longer be in any further pain will help. He will be watching over all of you daily and still over seeing the farm.
I’m going to miss you Jeff but I know you will be in heaven with my dad watching over all of us in the family.
God bless

Dear Reba – So sorry you lost your husband. You sure have had your share of sad times between losing your brother, Pete and now Jeff. I remember Tammy and Wendy, but not Jeffrey. I do remember working with you as Girl Scout leaders and having morning coffee together in Gwinn. Now that I think about it, when did I not have a job where I had time to get together for coffee? I barely remember Jeffrey from high school – it was so long ago – in fact I found his picture with my sophomore class but not my junior or senior class. Did he change schools and graduate from another high school? You sure have your hands busy now running the ranch and farm. I bet he really enjoyed his life with you and the animals. I remember running into you once in town and you said how much work the ranch is. Hopefully you have a lot of people to help you out with it now. I wish there was some way I could help you. I don’t know anything about farming, but I’d enjoy feeding animals on the ranch. Anyway, if you’d like, I’d love getting together with you. I work at the I.S.D. (technical education school) so I’ll be out of work for the summer soon and will have some time. My phone number is 399-0534. Call me some time and I’d love to take a ride out and see you again and the ranch. Take care, and once again, my deepest sympathies to you and your family. Sorry I wasn’t able to get out of work to go to the funeral.Cathy
