Jim, So sorry I missed knowing about your Mother’s passing. I always remember how she wanted to put pants on my male German Shorthair pointer!! She was so funny.
If you want, I would like to be in contact with you, at least to say “hi” and catch up on life since highschool. Let me know if you are in the area. 906-474-5060

I met Jeanne at the Downtowner Restaurant when Pat & Ken still owned it. I used to meet my dad every morning at breakfast and looked forward to seeing her. She liked my dad a lot and we enjoyed her company tremendously. We had a lot of good laughs! We missed her when she had to quit coming and I lost touch with her. I delivered meals on wheels and would run into her friend Millie once in a while to get the word on how she was. I never heard anymore and thought she was gone until one day I was at Bishop Noa to see my uncle and found her there. I visited with her when I could and for sure for the holidays and her birthday. She was a lady with a lot of class and style. Her hair and fingernails had to be “just so” even though she was at the home. She always had a smile for me and I will truely miss this fine lady. My deepest sympathy to the family. She continuously spoke of her son—I feel like I know him. She was VERY proud of him. She will be GREATLY missed!

I will never forget “Gramma”! I grew up next door to Gramma Jeanne my whole life, and always loved being invited in for cookies, small talk or a personal concert she would entertain my sister, brother and I with, on her organ. Always friendly, always a beautiful smile on her face, always ready and willing to help with anything, I will always remember her and admire her for her true class and elegance she held. Gramma was the eptiome of a true woman!
