My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Jeanette’s entire family, especially Christine and her wonderful family. Know your Mother/Grandmother is at peace and has had and will continue to have your undying love through the ages.

Oh what a GRand burst of energy has arrived in heaven! I will remember THOSE times, her open arms, unending hospitality and compliments and that down-deep laugh. My very very deepest sympathy to my other family, each and every one of you. My ‘udder Mudder’ is now with my real Mother talking about their wonderful children. :-))If you love somebody enough, you can still hear the laughter after they’re gone. This is what I will remember most about Ma LaFleur. I loved her very much….

Aunt Jeanette’s love of life was always so memorable. Her big smile and gregariousness made her one of a kind. She and I shared a love of geneaology. Her family history helped to get me started with my research. RIP auntie.

Jeanette’s “Sweetie” and “Honey bunch” always made my day whenever I had the pleasure of seeing her. She was always a special friend of my Mom’s and will be surely missed!

Jeanette was always a joyful, friendly and kind person well-loved by all who knew her. My family has many happy memories of times spent with her and her family.
    Love and prayers,
    Dan and Andrea (Anderson) Sabor

Such a kind, sweet person and all my brothers and sisters said the same thing. Mom was sad to hear also. She was always so nice to all of us when we use to hang around together. I will always remember her laughter too. Want to make the services but Bill is in the hospital so don’t know yet if I can. Thoughts & prayers to you and family Chris.

Mike, Pat, Christine, Richard and WaltI am sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of your mother and step-mother, it brings back thoughts of growing up in Escanaba, St. Pat’s and Holy Name. Where did the time go. You were blessed to have her and she you. I hit the button accidentally on my first try.

I worked with Jeannette for many years at Sears in Escanaba. What a joy & breathe of fresh air to work with. We never knew what she would come out with. One of my favorites is when someone was called to pick up their order and they came in and the order wasn’t there. She said, “Oh well, you had a nice ride”. They were from Rock!!! Just seen and talked with her about 6 months ago at The Other Place getting her hair done. What a hoot!!!I cannot attend her wake or funeral mass but would like to convey my sympathy to her entire family.

Dear Michael, Pat, Christine & Rick,My deepest sympathy on the passing of that great mother of yours. There was never a time when I visited her at her home in Escanaba when her and your late father did not make me feel at home. I am sure she will be greatly missed by all. Since she is the last of the spouses of the original 13 LaFleur’s to to pass on to a much better place, I am sure heaven is rejoicing at that union. Since I live in California now I cannot attend but I am with you all in spirit, especially you Pat. And while I am addressing you please send me an e-mail so that we can reestablish our connection. Again my thoughts and prayers are with you and your brothers and sister at this time. Sincerely your cousin Donna

Dear Pat, siblings and extended family,I am so sorry for your loss … the passing of a generation. May you enjoy great memories as you celebrate her life. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

We’d like to extend our Sympathy to the entire family for the loss of your loving Mother & Grandmother. She was a Special person & I’ll always remember her as being so warm & friendly towards us whenever we’d visit. Always referring to you as “Love”! That’s what I remember most about her. I know what you’re going through & it’s difficult time, for sure. We lost our Mother on Dec 22 of 2009 & that was very hard, but in a sense a relief she was finally “home”. I think you can understand that feeling, knowing she’s not suffering anymore in this life. Again my Deepest Sympathy to all of you. My Prayers are with all of the LaFleur’s & extended families. Please take care, love to all, Ed & Kathy p.s. I’ll never forget the stuffing she made when Dad & I visited once. It was a Meat stuffing & was so delicious. She was a great cook, to which I’m sure you’d all agree.

Mike, Pat, Chris & Rick. I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother. We’d like to extend our deepest sympathy to all of you & your extended families. Losing a Mother is very painful, but part of life’s experiences & something we all must go through. I remember her as always being so warm & kind, calling you “love”. She was definitely a beautiful person, inside & out. I know she will be missed by many. We lost our Mother on Dec. 22, of 2009, so I know it’s a difficult time for you all. She was 98, but was still chipper & full of life up until the end. Please know that you’re all in my prayers & thoughts today. I’ll never forget your Mom’s Thanksgiving Stuffing she made once when Dad & I visited long ago. It was a Meat stuffing & was so delicious & different from what I was used to. Sorry we couldn’t attend, but know that we’re all thinking of you at this time. Please take care, love to all, Ed & Kathy
