My sympathy on the loss of your husband Jim. I worked with Jim at Gladstone Soo Line in the 60’s. I will always remember his laugh, how his whole being laughed. It just made the rest of us laugh. He was a good guy.

Jim was a kind hearted, generous man.
I am Jean’s 1st cousin. As a child I spent many a weekends at their home visiting them along with my Aunt Mary and Uncle Joe. Jim always had Hershey bars and soda for us. That was a really big deal when I was growing up. On Sundays he would take us all for a ride and out to dinner. I so looked forward to Sunday drives with them. Many times he had Jean pack a picnic for a drive down highway 13, stop at a lake with picnic area, Jim and I would go swimming while Jean would grill the lunch for us.
Rest in Peace my Dear,God Bless You,

I will always remember the chats I had with Jim about the railroad. I liked how he kept track of the neighborhood. I will miss Tuffy as a neighbor and friend. Thanks for the memories. Cindi Davis

We wish to express our sympathy to the Tufnell family. Jean is the last living cousin to Kip and we thought highly of both Jim and Jean. We remember our visits with them in Kipling. He had such a great sense of humor, enjoyed taking Jean for rides and liked to tell stories. We visited with him in Lakeview Assisted Living before going south to Florida for the winter. He was very lonesome for Jean. We will miss him.
