Dian, Jeremy, and families,
My condolenses to you for the loss of a wonderful husband and father. Mr. Peacock was a big part of a lot of our lives all through school, and especially in high school. He was a wonderful teacher, and person. I am at a loss for words that will give you a sense of comfort. But know that Jim will be remembered as a wonderful teacher. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

Aunt Dee, Mom, & all,
So sorry I couldn’t get up there for you & Uncle Jim. Please know you are all in my thoughts & I love you all so much. Uncle Jim did so many truly admirable, wonderful things in his life. So much like Grampa & Grama; his love of the outdoors, family & friends, etc. May we all be blessed as much in this life as he was.
Love, Anita

Shelley and family members,
I am very sorry for you all at this time of loss. It’s been 15 years since my mom died and I can tell you that while you never stop missing your loved ones who pass from this earth, the pain does fade over time. My prayers are with you as you grieve and heal.

The world will be so empty without such wise and wonderful man! Mr. Peacock was such an inspiration to all of his students and will missed deeply by all. I know that his presence will forever be felt within the halls of the high school. There are no words to ease your pain but know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I had 2 classes with Mr. Peacock. He was a great teacher. Me and Jason Gasperich ate lunch in Mr. Peacocks room for years, we loved talking about the outdoors.
My sincerest condolances to Mrs. Peacock and the rest of the family.

Peacock Family,
It will be the little things that you will remember,
the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter.
And although it may seem hard right now,
it will be the memories of these little things
that help to push away the pain
and bring the smiles back again.
With Loving Memories

I was sorry to hear that Mr. Peacock passed away. I had him for a teacher in 1979, M.E.A. The only class I ever got A’s in! So, I’ll alway’s think of him when I’m sampling morel’s, fiddleheads, honey mushrooms, and cattails! Most of all, when I’m around the bonfire. He was a cool person!!

Tammy, You know I just loved your dad. I will never forget how accepted I was by all of your family as a teen. I especially loved my “garden tours” with your dad where I learned how important Swiss chard was to my health… 🙂 I also loved his famous chili (more aptly named antioxidant stew, huh?) I’m sorry for your loss…your father was a wonderful dad and husband and a terrific friend to many. Love to you all.
