I was in the primary grades at Perkins when Miss Barron became Mrs. Lindburg. This tall, soft spoken, immaculately groomed Kindergarten teacher was someone all of us girls admired. It was said she made all her clothes, including maternity clothes, during those years. Condolences to the family from a St. Nicholas neighbor.

Mrs. Lindberg was my K, 1, and 2 grade teacher in Cornell. She was my favorite teacher. She will be missed. May God be with you and your family at this time of loss.

Afternoon coffee at the kitchen table with Great Aunt Inez. Watching her wash the linen’s for the cabins and hanging them in the Lower laundry room. Always knowing that if we drove by we could stop and visit. We knew we were always welcome.
