We want to express our sympathy to Frank’s family. I worked for several years at Clairmont Transfer Company’s office (mostly nights), so knew Frank at that time (in the 60s). Had not known that Frank had played accordian! Also knew a Carl Carlson there, but unsure if he was his brother or not. We are sure that Frank will be missed. Saw a Clairmont dispatcher’s son in K Mart, and we spoke of Frank’s passing. Our thoughts will continue to be with you.

I have the honor of being this man’s grandson. Throughout my life I’ve met very few people who could be considered a “great man”. My grandfather was the definition of that. He served honorably in WWII, married the love of his life when he returned home, raised his 6 children with love, and many grandchildren who loved and adored him. I would do most anything to sit at the kitchen table at my grandparent’s house and listen to his stories again. He truly was a great man, husband, father, grandfather and soldier.
