I was so saddened to hear about your dad’s death. I always looked forward to seeing him at the reunions. He always had a big smile and a warm hug for everyone. He will be missed by many people. I called my mom to let her know. She felt very sad and we both send you our deepest sympathy.

To the Trombly Family…It’s hard to say the “final” good-bye to a parent/grandparent. Every time we saw your dad, he always had a smile. He was definitely the best postmaster Rock ever had! You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

    To the Trombly Family,
My dad was Uncle Babe (Aelred) and I remember as a young girl visiting Uncle Francis and Aunt Vi and staying at their house. We are trolls and only visited the UP once a year. My husband and I did see Uncle Francis about 5 years ago when we made a trip to Rock. I am so sorry for your loss and I apologize for not staying in touch with the family for all these years. It has been 39 years since my dad passed away and 2 years since my mom (Aunt Gen) passed away at 95 years old. Please know that your family will be in our prayers during this difficult time. May Uncle Francis rest in peace. Love,
