Joyce informed me of Fern’s passing. My sympathy to the Dupey Family.

Fern was my first cousin… although your family does not know me (because of separation of time and location) I still want you to know that I appreciate Fern’s passing and the fine long life and large family he had.
My mother was Una Dupey Larson, (Artimus Dupey’s sister) Uncle Arttie and Aunt Marion were my Godparents. Una Married Marty Larson in 1939 and lived in Port Washington, WI until her death.

I have fond memories of visiting in Escanaba. Mother passed away a few years ago at age 93.

    Warmest regards,

My condolences to the entire family. I have many fond memories of “Dupey” in the Orange Grove park in Texas. He was a very special man and a dedicated husband and father. The last time I saw him (Thanksgiving 2002), he watched Bev admiringly and told me, “there hasn’t been a day that I haven’t loved her”. He always talked about his kids and told me time and time again, “We’ve really got great kids, really.” I know how much he loved all of his family, and I know you all must miss him terribly. My prayers are with all of you.
