Elaine was a wonderful neighbor while I was growing up next door. She always had a warm smile and friendly hello for all us. My visit with her last fall was always a special stop on my visit to Escanaba. She will be missed and remembered as a dear friend My parents thought the world of her.

Dear Strom Family: Peter & Paul, so very sorry to read about your mother passing away. I remember back in the “old Webster days”, going to the south side of town to your house & playing ping-pong with your mother, which she always let us win!! May God Bless your Mother & Family……

Dear Strom Family Children and more specifically, Karen:
I read your mother’s obituary on line. My name is Barbara Ratliff. My mother, Wannah Faye Herro, worked in your dad’s office and was not only an employee of your dad’s, but a friend to both your Dad and your Mom. Karen, I recall that my sister Jane Herro graduated with you.
I know that if they were both alive today, they would send you their sympathy and prayers. However, since they are not, I would like to do so on their behalf.
God be with you all,
Barbara Herro Ratliff
