What a great lady, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Over the last few years we would always come see Joyce on the 4th of July for her little picnic with Mike and Steve and all the family and she was always so gracious to us. Not to mention the crap we put her through when we were kids. Bless your heart Mrs Noel, our heart felt thoughts and prayers for all the family.
