David J. Trottier, age 68, of Rapid River, passed away Saturday, September 24, at Christian Park Village in Escanaba.
David was born February 9, 1954, in Escanaba, the son of Martin and Joyce (Anderson) Trottier.
David was a skidder operator for over 35 years. He was united in marriage to Michelle Godfrey on July 15, 1972.
In addition to his wife, Michelle, David is survived by:

David was preceded in death by: Parents Martin Trottier; Joyce Anderson Son; Christopher John Trottier, Sister; Judy Westlake
Family will receive friends Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Plumber’s and Pipefitter’s Hall in Escanaba. 2601 North 30th Street, Escanaba, MI 49829. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM at the Plumber’s and Pipefitter’s Hall with Rev. Fr. Fran DeGroot officiating. David will be laid to rest in Fernwood cemetery. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Trottier family.
