Cynthia Joy Leitzke-Kuchan 48 of 1421 12th Ave. South Escanaba died at home unexpectedly on Friday morning March 4, 2005.
She was born December 27,1956 in Escanaba, the daughter of Leo and Marilyn (Tilbert) Ladonski and was a graduate of the Escanaba High School. She had also attended Bay de Noc College for 2 years where she was persuing a career in nursing.
Cynthia had a love for scary movies, enjoyed tanning, skin care, the shopping network, Friday fishfrys and her grandchildren. She also had a great love for her 5 cats, Bandit, Salem, Vesta, Beanie and Worm.
She will be sadly missed by her 2 daughters Annalisa and Nichole and her fiance Tom Hanley.
She leaves to survive her Father; Leo Ladonski of Detroit, Mich.
3 Daughters: Stephanie Leitzke of New York; Annalisa (James) Schaffer of Escanaba; Nichole (Damian) Niquette of Escanaba
2 Brothers: William (Lori) Keskimaki of Alpena, Mich.; Martin Keskimaki of Gladstone, Mich.
1 Sister: Tammy Keskimaki of Ishpeming, Mich.
2 Grandchildren: Noah and Cynthia Schafer of Escanaba
1 Niece and 1 Nephew.
She was preceded in death by her Husband Jeff Kuchan on June 23, 2003.
Her mother Marilyn in 1985 and her Grandparents Basil (1995) and Viola Tilbert(2002).
Friends may call at the Skradski Funeral Home in Escanaba on Tuesday March 8 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Funeral services for Cynthia Joy Kuchan will be held Tuesday at the funeral home at 6:00 PM with Fr. George Maki officiating. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes are assisting the Kuchan Family.

I grew up with Nichole, and had spent time with her and her mother. The memories I have of Cynthia were always warm and funny, she had a humor about her that just made you laugh! She had a smile and laugh that was hard to forget, she will be sadly missed.
