Cody Belanger started out with Norsk Concrete as just a kid at 19 years old with no experience. He picked up on more than just his job duties and quickly became apart of our family. He grew to become not only one of our best employees but, also a great friend to us all. He was one of the most selfless people I knew and no matter how exhausted we all where he could make us laugh and enjoy the day. He can never be replaced. He was one of a kind that will never be forgotten. Our hearts ache wishing he would show up for work every morning.

Dear Balengers, Cody was my student in first grade. Even, then , he was fun loving and personable. He always had that little sparkle in his eye. Through the years, he would occasionally stop by my classroom to visit with me. My heart is heavy with grief for your family and Cody.
