So sorry for your loss Linda- We have to know Russ is in a much more peaceful place and out of pain now. It was a long, difficult, few months for both of you, may he rest in peace.
Linda,
I am so very sorry to hear about Russ. I loved his sense of humor. He was so very likeable, and you two were so fun. Taking care of him was enjoyable. I’ll be thinking about you.
Dear Linda,The load won’t be as heavy now, and Russ is in a better place. You are a strong woman, but healing takes time. I am so sorry for your loss. And I am sorry I am not able to return to the UP for the memorial. Just remember the “hug” at lunch last week. Love, Fran
Linda,Keeping you & your family in my thoughts & prayers. The pain of losing a loved one is never easy, may you find some comfort in knowing Russ is now in a better place. May you also find comfort in all the good memories, may they help to put a smile on your face.
Linda – I always enjoyed my time with and around Russ and the volleyball community. He was a true supporter of volleyball around the state, but worked especially hard to ensure the UP was up to date and involved with MIVCA. He wanted the best for all the coaches and the athletes in the great UP. He will truly be missed. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family!
Linda – I am so sorry to hear about Russ. I will miss him dearly. He was a great asset to our MIVCA board and organization but more importantly I will miss him as a friend. He will be in my prayers as will be his family.
I was so saddened to hear of Russ’ passing. He was such a nice man. I had the pleasure of working with Russ at the Gladstone kitchen for 3 years. His clients, co-workers, & everyone he touched through that program enjoyed his daily tidbits about life. He spoke often of his joy of volleyball & he even drove all the way to Battle Creek when my daughter played in the MHSAA softball finals. It was nice to have a familiar face there. We also had long conversations over pets. He truly loved watching Linda compete with her dogs. My deepest sympathy goes out to your family, & I just wanted you all to know that Russ touched many lives….God Bless.
Linda, I am sincerely sorry for your loss. I thank god you have your loving dogs who will give you the love in doses as you need it along with friends and family. My thoughts and heart are with you during this very difficult time. Remember to take care of yourself and let those around you do the same.
I remember Russ as I knew him to be a loving humourous valued friend of our Summerfolk music festival in Owen Sound crowd. His laughter, jokes, kind heart will be missed. We will keep his spirit in our music circle around the camp fire.
