I just wanted to say that my thoughts are with the family of Charles. I was very sad to hear of his passing. I am a neighbor and will always remember him and how nice of a person he was and so very smart! Although we were just neighbors and i really never knew him very well I invited him to my son’s 1st birthday party and after that he never forgot the date of Keaton’s birthday! Thinking of him at this moment and his family.
