Cathy L. Khollman, age 59, of Perkins, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at her home in Perkins.

 

Cathy was born on May 26, 1964, in Escanaba, the daughter of Fred and Evelyn Khollman. She was raised in Gladstone and was a Class of ‘83 Gladstone High School graduate. Cathy met her life-long partner, Tom McNutt, when she was 17 and together they spent 42 years making memories. Cathy loved camping, Harley’s, and laughing and teasing. She always loved to travel along with her boys on their working journeys. Cathy was always put together, complete with all her bling. She also deeply loved her dogs, Diesel and Torque. But her life was her boys and her granddaughter Rylee. She loved her family and will be truly missed.

 

Cathy is survived by her life-long partner, Tom McNutt, her boys Jarred (Morgan) Khollman and Brendan (Danielle) Khollman, parents Evelyn (Mike) Birkholz, granddaughter Rylee Khollman and her mother Rachel, siblings Fred (Donna) Khollman of Menominee, Anna (Mike) Gasperich of Gladstone, Christine (Dave) Hamrin of Gladstone, Randy Khollman of Gladstone, Michelle (Gregory) Anderson of Rapid River, Roxann (Michael) Hebert of Rapid River, and Ricky (Sarah) Khollman of Marinette, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 

Cathy was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Khollman, father Fred Khollman, and nephew Travis Hebert.

 

Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone from 4 PM to 6 PM. Funeral services honoring Cathy will follow visitation at 6 PM with Rev. Fr. Jamie Ziminski officiating. A luncheon will follow services at the Gladstone Yacht Club.

    I am sure gonna miss how sassy she was. Always kind and always caring. I already miss our little conversations about our boys. She loved my son Quentin like he was her own. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. I hope her and Tommy are giving heaven some hell.

    The first time I met this woman she was so kind and so awesome never got to spend a whole lot of time but she never forgot my face always hugged me when she recognized me this woman was strong and amazing and she I’ll be missed

    Oh how i truly loved this woman, she was always quick with her jokes and always great ones may i add she definitely loved her boys and her granddaughter thats s given and she loved pink lip gloss just as i do i think she was the only other lady ive ever known to wear bright pink lip gloss besides myself!! im Definitely gonna miss our f/b talks since she lived 6hrs away may she rest in our Creator’s arms and be at peace do sorry Tom Brandon and Jarred and her whole family R. I. P.
