Carolyn Anita Gustafson, age 78, of the Christian Park Village in Escanaba formerly of Gladstone and Ensign passed away Sunday May 8, 2011 at the Christian Park Village in Escanaba.Carolyn was born September 24, 1932 in Lake George, MI the daughter of James A. and Alice (Peterson) Luce. She was raised in Gladstone and she was a graduate of Gladstone High School.
Carolyn resided many years in Ensign while raising her children. Throughout her life, Carolyn was an active member of several area churches including Bethel Evangelical, Calvary Lutheran and most recently of First Lutheran Church. She loved to sing and she was a choir member in all three churches. She was also a longtime member of the Quilter
