I’ll never forget Babe and Archie. My folks, Fred and Magee Williams, were great and close friends of both. Once when my folks were visiting me in Phoenix, I drove them down to Tucson where Babe and Archie had a beautiful trailer in a park there. Everyone enjoyed the time together. Babe was quite the character. She had a nice long life. May God watch over her in eternity.

I remember my grandma usually laughing and trying to make everyone in the room laugh with her. She was very spunky and cute and beautiful at the same time, from the tips of her toes to the top of her head. She was so much fun to be around. She especially liked to play poker around the kitchen table, with as many others as could fit. She loved to be in your company when you were with her and it showed. I am grateful for her and Grandpa Archie visiting us in Texas quite a few times. I thank God for my Grandma Carpenter. I know I was very much loved by my Grandma by the way she acted when we were together and how sweet she spoke to me. I carry her voice, and her Love in my heart, and I will still pray for her as she did for me, and continue to talk to her in Heaven. I will miss you Grandma very very much. Thank you for you. Love, Kimmy (Kim & Eric Cerney, Tom and Jimmy)

The memories of my Grandmother, Babe will forever stay in my heart as ones that were joyful and happy. From the time that I was a child she taught me to be myself and to be an individual no matter what. She shared her passion for travel with me and told me to see the world and experience other cultures as often as I could. Her love for the community and her ambitious ability to stay involved for so many years in different activities is a true example of a zest of life that she embraced. I thank her for that and I know she made many people laugh as she did me. I love you Grandma and all I can say as you said to me so many times “Put another quarter in the machine and let’s just see what happens, eventually you will hit it!” Love From Your Grandson, David Charles Pucek
