Celebration of life….Art was such a interesting man. I loved talking with him when I visit Michigan. He was a very. Nice uncle. Funny story… I’ll never forget being the flower girl in your wedding or that my sister cut half of my hair off the night before out of jealousy and that my hair had to be cut in a boy cut for the wedding. Hahahaha it’s funny now!!!
I will celebrate that he will be with our lord and savior and that he was such a great witnessed servant for the kingdom. We love you uncle Art

Our deepest condolences to everyone. Art was a treasure in this world. His love for the outdoors was obvious, but his love for the Lord was greater.

Sylvia, Tom and family — I was blessed to have known Art since I joined Ford River Community Chapel almost 13 years ago. What I admired most about him was his passion to share the gospel! He loved the Lord and served Him most of his life. We can all be thankful for his friendship, his willingness to serve at church, and his unbelievable energy! He reminded me so much of my own husband, who has been gone for over 22 years. I have no doubt Art has earned many crowns in heaven, and well-deserved! So glad the pain and suffering is over for you, Art! See you again some day in heaven! Until then, we all should follow your example as much as possible!

To Sylvia and family, Art will be truly missed. My late husband and I have been friends in Christ for some 40 years. Art lived his faith everyday he was a David in a land of Goliath’s and was a sweet soul. God bless Sylvia in her coming days.
