Allen H. Mills, Sr., age 64 of Gladstone and former Trenary and Gladstone area resident, died Friday, August 19th, 2005 at the Christian Park Health Care Center in Escanaba where he was a patient for the previous four months.
Allen was born April 7th, 1941 in Escanaba, the son of Warren and Juanita (Taft) Mills and was raised in Trenary. He continued to reside in Trenary until relocating to South Carolina many years ago. Allen returned to Delta County within the previous two years.
He was employed in construction work much of his working life and was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

I grew up in Limestone with the Mills kids, and remember thier dad as a man who always did the best he could for his children. He was a kind, and friendly man,and he will be fondly remembered, I am so sorry for your loss, I can relate, as I lost my dad just 2 months ago….my thoughts are with all of you..
