    Dear Pete and Family,

My sympathy and prayers on the passing of Aunt Alice. She was a dear–always a sense of dry humor and always welcoming when I would visit her. She lived a full life and appreciated the simple things. She was proud of her grands and greats and would always point them out on our visits. May she rest in peace.

I will greatly miss Alice. She gave me comfort when I needed it most. Three months after my Mom passed, I started volunteering at Christian Park and met Alice. I liked her right away. Over the months I grew very fond of her. It was easy to do, she is such a sweet lady. I enjoyed her company. She has brought a lot of memories to my life. I’ll treasure them always.
