Hi, I was Bill’s sister i just found out about his death this morning. I met him once(actually twice once when he was born). I came to visit him a few years back and tried to keep in contact for a while but never got an answer back. He was family and I will also let our brother Rick know. Rick is still incarcerated. Please feel free to contact me at anytime. You can reach me at 414-690-5197. Thank you. Bonnie Handley.

My heart and thoughts are with everyone on this sad day. Bill was a very happy person and shed his smile and fun spirit with everyone that touched his life. I wish more people in the world could be like bill, the world would be a better place. Rest in peace!

Bill was a great young man. I had the honor of working with Him for many years. He could put a smile on your face with one of his cute “bunny hops”. He would love to tell you a “secret”, and whisper in your ear. He loved everyone. I will miss Bill, but I know He is in a much better place. Save a bunny hop for me in Heaven, Bill

Billy was a great person and full of life. I have wonderful memories of Billy driving by the Goodwill the store and him signing it was his store. At every live band Billy was playing his air guitar and dancing with not a care in the world. Billy is the only person I know that could talk you into purchasing a puzzle of a cute kitten or puppy or a really cool race car without say a word. My favorite memories are of Billy playing jokes on people. He would burp and blame you and laugh. I can still hear Billy whrispering in my ear…..

Dear Ann and all the many, many friends of Billy G,
I want to thank you for being a part of Billy’s life and for being so good to him. I know that he loved you all. That thought has comforted a me lot once I was no longer able to be his guardian, as well as with each move to a different home. The moment Bill met a person, he accepted them as Friend. A good example of unconditional love.
My relationship with Bill goes all the way back to 1981 when he arrived at the ISD Learning Center. I have many fond memories of school, special olympics, Spiritual Growth Program, Meet the Bishop Day, work experiences, lots of pictures and finally CHAT. Once a month at our CHAT socials, Bill would come hopping up to me, pat me on the head, whisper in my ear and then ask me for Lowell, my husband.
I will miss Billy. He taught me a lot about unconditional love and acceptance of people as they are. He was full of Joy and Love. It was a privilege and honor to be part of his life, to share him with my friends and family! He is forever in my heart and memories! Now he is with my son, John Paul and my grandson, Nathaniel.
Dear friends of Bill, I share your sorrow! Dorothy
