Mildred Mary Castor, 74, of 10515 N.15 Ln, in Brampton, passed away Saturday morning, April 2nd 2011, with her loving family by her side.
She was born June 18th, 1936, in Perkins, the daughter of William and Elva Kossow. Mildred married Alaric I. Castor on July 7th, 1954.
Millie was a kind generous loving person. She loved spending time with her immediate and extended family and friends. She took much love and pride in her weaving, baking, and cooking. Millie enjoyed singing at various music sessions and festivals. In addition, she enjoyed tending to their farm animals, gardening, canning, sewing, and crocheting. Millie passed many of her traditions, skills and outlooks onto all of those who loved her.

Son: Eric (Robin) Castor of Brampton
Daughter: Ingrid (Dave) Klotz of Brampton
Grandchildren: Jenny (Bruce) Hardwick, Amber (Brian) Carlson, Jessica Klotz, Amanda (Clint) Guenette, Clayton (Jessica) Castor, and Krissy Klotz.
Great grandchildren: Laticia, Emma, Riley, Reece, Toni, Rane, Lilly, Lahna, Grayson, Charlie, Bryce, Chase, and Sophia.
Also surviving are her brothers: Jim, Arthur, Matthew, Mike and Lawrence; sisters: Julie, Esther, Theresa and Elizabeth and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: brothers Tim, Fred, Bill and Pat, and sister, Martha.
