Anna Mae Anderson, aka Anna Mae Granskog, age 85, of Kipling passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Christian Park Village in Escanaba.
Anna was born May 28, 1931, in Escanaba, the daughter of August and Sanna (West) Anderson. She was a graduate of Ensign High School, and spent some of her life in Stonington before relocating to Escanaba, where she raised her three children. Anna Mae enjoyed golf, bowling, darts, and loved spending her time with family and friends.

2 Daughters: Sue (Ahmad) Ghaderi of Westlake Village, CA
Sharon (Jim) Damitz of Gladstone, MI
2 Sisters: Gladys Maahs of Milwaukee, WI
Eleanor Loock of Gladstone, MI
6 Grandchildren: Ashley Ghaderi, Michael Ryan Damitz, Brendon Ghaderi, Austin Ghaderi,
Cody Damitz and Kailey Ghaderi
2 Great Grandchildren: Madison Mae Ghaderi and Olivia Rae Damitz
Anna was preceded in death by Raymond Granskog and 9 other siblings.
Family will receive friends Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Stonington Town Hall from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. A time of sharing with family and friends will follow visiting hours at 7:00 PM with food, laughter, …and skol. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
