Darryl Nelson, 76, of Rapid River, passed away Wednesday morning, November 2, 2016 at the Iron Mountain V.A Hospital in Iron Mountain. His wife Bonita is listed among the survivors. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced by the Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Escanaba and Gladstone.

My deepest sympathies to Bonita, Susan, Mike, Robert and their families. Chum was such a sweet, kind, gentle soul. He will be missed. I can just hear the reunion with all the Nelson men, his beloved mother Chickie, and great grandma Charlotte. What a reunion it will be !!
