Christopher Robert Godfrey, age 39, formerly of Gladstone, passed away peacefully at his home in Marquette on Monday September 5, 2016.
Christopher was born in Escanaba on December 20, 1976, the son of Roy and Rita (MacKnight) Godfrey. Christopher attended Gladstone Schools. He worked at Lake State Industry and Taco Bell. He was an avid Packer fan, enjoyed video games, and casino outings. He loved country music, especially Hank Williams. He touched lives and was generous to everyone he met.

5 siblings: Roy (Laura) Godfrey Jr., Cory (Stephanie) Godfrey, Jennifer (Craig) Godfrey, Mike (Carrie) Godfrey, and Jamie (Brandon) Godfrey
7 nieces and nephews: Keyanna, Dylan, Bryan, Sara, Breanna, Alyssa, and Gracie May

Christopher’s family will receive friends on Tuesday September 13, 2016 from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Closing prayers for Christopher will begin at 5:00 P.M.
