Sharon Darlene Mannebach, age 63, of Escanaba passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at the Christian Park Health Care Center.
Sharon was born September 25, 1952 in Gladstone, the daughter of George and Marjorie (Ketcham) Demeuse. She was a resident of the Les Cheneau Aprtments for over 30 years and was a longtime member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Escanaba. Sharon worked as a CNA with the Bishop Noa Home, a homemaker aide with the Community Action Agency and at the Stonehouse doing salad bar preparations. She loved to walk, shop, read, play cards, go to the casino, have coffee with her friends, and spending time with her friends, May Carlson, Kim Carlson and Harold and Elenore Thoune. She also loved and adored her cat, Zoey.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Bobbie (Brant) Larson of Escanaba, her son Scott Mannebach of Escanaba; five grandchildren, one great grandson; her brothers, Don (Nancy) Demeuse of Gladstone, Allan (Pat) Demeuse of Colorado Springs, CO and Terry “Ben” (Jackie) Demeuse of Detroit, MI; her sisters, Jeannie (George) Spaulding of Gladstone, Nancy (Tom) Burke of Gladstone and Linda (Gary) Kidd of Manitowoc, WI; brother-in-law, Carl Utterback of Rapid River and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, George

My sincere condolences to the Demeuse family. I grew up in the neighborhood with a few of you. I rode bus to Flatrock School with them. I remember going to the Demeuse home, and watching them play cards.Rest in Peace, Sharon, you will be sadly missed.
