Beverly Jean Farrell, age 86, of the Christian Park Health Care Center in Escanaba (formerly of Gladstone) passed away Sunday morning September 6, 2015.
Beverly was born March 21, 1929 in Powers, MI the daughter of Theodore and Irene (Kell) Fazer. She was raised in Powers where she graduated as class Valedictorian from Powers High School. Beverly was united in marriage to James Farrell and they made their home in Gladstone where they raised their 2 daughters.
Beverly was a Teachers Aide for many years for Gladstone Public Schools working at the Flat Rock Elementary School. Beverly was an avid golfer, golfing at the Gladstone Golf Club. She served as a volunteer for several years for Hospice and Beverly enjoyed playing cards and bowling.

Step-grandchildren: Morgan, Jordan, Justin and Matt
Great Grandchildren: Alyssa, Madi, Jayden, Adryan, Destiny, Conner, Ryder, Dalis, Hunter and Landen
Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins
Former son-in-law: Jay Ketcik
In addition to her parents and husband, her sisters, Phyllis, Shirley and Eunice, brothers, Theodore Jr. and Melvin, and special friend DeDe Peterson preceded Beverly in death.

Laurie, Mary and families, my deepest sympathy to all of you at this time of loss. The Sargent family was very close to your Mom when we were growing up. She was like a second mom to all of us and we have very fond memories of her. I am sure she will be deeply missed. Love and prayers to you at this sad time.
