Jim will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He was a very generous person. I always enjoyed sitting around the kitchen table with Peg having coffee and home made bread. If you hung around long enough you definitely would not go away hungry.

Jim and Family,My sincere condolences in the loss of your Dad. In my limited time on the Soo Line I will always remember him as so good natured, fun loving, and I was awe struck by his amazing photographic memory that he could use for perfection in his work as brakeman/conductor. Life goes on but I know he will always be remembered by those who knew him for all his other great traits and life experiences they shared with him.

To the family I send my condolences. I am a Reese and know that our ancestry is connected. Through another Reese I was sent the obituary. It is interesting that my brother James Reese is married to a Sandy, and my grandfather Herbert Reese also worked on the Soo Line Railroad. I feel a sadness that I did not have the opportunity to know your Mr. Reese. May God bless your family and comfort you with wonderful memories.
