Frank was as wonderful a person as we could even imagine. Such a kind, gentle, understanding, and loving soul. All of us who have known Frank are much the richer for it. Not only was he a great pastor in his church, but he was a pastor to all of us at Memorial. Needless to say, he will be sorely missed. But his Spirit will continue to enrich us always. God Bless his life!

What a pleasure to know and learn from Frank. He shared his knowledge of his faith besides the material things that were his. I loved to listen to him play those John Wesley hymns–he loved every note and word! We are surely going to miss him at Memorial. My prayers and thoughts are with the family. Frank, you lived your faith–let us all follow your example. You are home.

It was such a pleasure to get to know Franklin! What a kind and thoughtful man with a wonderful sense of humor. There was never a dull moment with him! My many thoughts and prayers go out to the Block family. Please find comfort in knowing that Franklin will be thought of often and many good memories will be shared. God Bless.

Pastor Block will always be in my church memory bank. He was my pastor in Seymour starting at the age of 3. He was a wonderful God loving man always there when you needed him. My heart goes out to his family as I grew up with them as well.I will always remember him for his love of music and musical abilities, that were amazing. I know that God will bless him and take care of him in Heaven.

We are sorry to hear of Frank’s death. Frank and Sharon are our neighbors. We enjoyed chatting with Frank when he used to take walks past our house. He was a very kind man and will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Block family.

What a blessing to have Pastor Block in our lives. Am sure he is singing & playing piano & organ with the angels. Seymour/Cicero were so blessed to have him & Sharon for those 37 years.

Sorry for your loss. He will be greatly missed. Rev. Block was a kind and gentle Godly man. He had a lasting positive affect on my Christian walk and will also be remembered for that.

Lisa, I just learned, yesterday, of your father’s passing while attending my uncle’s funeral in Oshkosh who, by the way, was also a United Methodist pastor. I extend my sincere sympathies to you, your mother and your brothers. I hope that you are well.
