I was a high school classmate of Karyl. She and I both played double bass in the Escanaba Area High School Orchestra. I remember her charming humor and warm smile. Please be assure of my prayers. May her soul and the souls of the all the faithful departed through the mercies of God rest in peace. Amen

As cousins, Karyl and I played together at our cottages and hung out during school years. She was funny, caring, kind and always had a smile on her face.
I visited her over the years and am glad she is now at peace.
My thoughts are with the family. I send my sincerest sympathies.

Karyl was an amazing woman. I met her through Welcome Wagon many years ago. She was so full of energy and loved life. We had lots of fun times with our children and in the community. Karyl and David bought the old Extrom home in Manistique so, we had a special connection. Her illness happened much to early in life. She had so much to give.

Dear Grimes Family,I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your dear loved one. I was not as acquainted with Mrs. Grimes as her family, but a wonderful promise God will fulfill and the near future, by the means of His Son Jesus Christ, is a resurrection of our dear loved ones. (John 5:28,29).
May your family have much peace
