Sean Brian LaVance, age 51, of Escanaba passed away at his home on February 11, 2015.
Sean was born January 11, 1964 in Manistique, the son of Edward Kenneth and Kiki Dale (Malmquist) LaVance. He enjoyed drawing comics and was an avid comic book fan and collector.
Sean is survived by three brothers, Ed (Lois) LaVance of Louisiana, Glenn (Linda) LaVance of Manistique and Mike LaVance of Wyoming; three sisters, Rita Barbeaux and Colleen LaVance, both of Manistique and Shelly LaVance of Escanaba, numerous nieces and nephews and a special nephew, Lucas Joslin of Escanaba.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private memorial service will take place at the convenience of the family.
