I feel so very fortunate to have been friends with Dorothy..Her sense of humor, her intellect, her common sense..all made my life richer. She loved her family above all else.. I have seen them return that love..I will miss her..
We’re so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a very special lady who I wish I could have known longer. We hit it off the first time we met, and I so enjoyed visiting w/ her. She was full of spunk and so articulate, it made our conversations fun! I’m really going to miss her, but I know she’s happy to be reunited w/ her deceased sons up in Heaven.
I lost a real friend, I know there are were some happy ones in heaven when she arrived, I will always miss my girlfriend, her smile, wit, and a little chewing, ( only if you had it coming). good night sweetheart!
If you knew Dorothy Banchak, then you know she was a force to be reckoned with. Never one to disguise her feelings or shy away from a lively political debate, Dorothy was more than capable of holding her own as a working woman in a man
I am so sorry to see that your mom as passed away. She was such a sweet woman. Enjoyed our few talks that we have had through the years. Kathy Vogel, the newspaper delivery person
We loved Dorothy and her quick wit and fun loving nature. She always brought a smile to our face when she popped in. We will certainly miss Dorothy and her stories. She is leaving a big hole in our world.
Kris & Kevin, my sincere sympathy on the loss of your Mom. She was an extraordinary person. Dorothy was my dear friend and my mentor. I loved her. She had a profound influence on my life and I will remember her always. May God bless her and may she rest in peace.
To the family of Dorothy, My condolences to you all in the loss of this matriarch of your family. As one of Dorothy’s physicians over the past many years I grew to know and dearly love this women of lively spirit and resolute opinions. I only knew the polished version of this rock, so my esteem for her is great as I witnessed this soul of advanced age continue the pursuit of God–and in the end experience the coming “home”(the term she used) of her will to reside with her Creator. I was sad to miss her memorial, so I just want you to know how much I loved her. God bless each of you.
