Elaine M. Nelson, age 73, of 609 South 17th Street, Escanaba, died Thursday afternoon September 9, 2004, at the home of her daughter in Escanaba, surrounded by her family.
Elaine was born July 6, 1931, in Escanaba, the daughter of Benjamin and Laura (Robitaille) Nelson and was raised in the Soo Hill area. Elaine spent many years in the Schaeffer/Bark River area before relocating to Gladstone where she spent the last 20 years before recently moving in with her daughter Debbie due to her declining health.
