Helen M. Neveau, age 89, of 1320 Lakeshore Drive, Gladstone, died early Saturday morning June 4, 2005 at the Christian Park Village in Escanaba.
Helen was born October 17, 1915, in Escanaba, the daughter of Frank and Louise (Badger) Lafrenier who preceded her in death. She was raised in Escanaba and attended the Escanaba schools. Eventually, Helen moved to the Gladstone area where she worked at the canning factory while maintaining her home and raising her daughter Anita. Helen enjoyed embroidery, cribbage and crossword puzzles. She will be deeply missed.

Survivors also include several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will receive friends on Friday from 10:30AM to 12:30PM at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Funeral services celebrating the life of Helen Neveau will follow visitation, on Friday, at the All Saints Church, in Gladstone, at 1:00PM with Fr. Arnold Grambow officiating. Committal will follow church services at the Gardens of Rest Cemetery in Wells.
