Lillian L. Cartwright Mast, age 77, of 9064 LL Road; Rapid River (Isabella area) died early Sunday morning, November 13th, 2005, at the Christian Park Health Care Center in Escanaba where she was currently a patient.
Lillian was born November 17th, 1927 in Gladstone, the daughter of Fred and Opal LeClaire and was raised in Gladstone.
After graduating Gladstone High School, she received her degree as an L.P.N. and was later employed at Christian Park for many years until her retirement 20 years ago.

I’m truly sorry for your loss. I know that Lillian is free from all suffering now and she is in a better place, where there is no pain, no tears and she will be waiting for us when we get there. She’s just gone on ahead of us. I will remember Lillian as the kind little lady, who always had a kind word to say to me, especially when she knew that difficult times were happening to me and my family.
May she rest in God’s Amazing Grace – she is truly free at last. Maynard, if there is anything I can do, just let me know.
