Jenny Lynn McMillan (46) of Escanaba passed away unexpectedly in her home Thursday, May 30, 2024.

Jenny was the oldest child of Lorin Blowers and Lorrie (McMillan) Germain. Born August 8, 1977 in Escanaba, MI.

She received her High School Diploma from North Central Night School in 2000. Jen worked as a home health care provider for many years.

Jenny met her partner Kris Brown (of Escanaba) at her 14th birthday party. 31 years and two children (Dylan McMillan & Sierra Brown) later they were still going strong.

Jenny was a devoted daughter, partner, mother, sister and friend. She loved her family whole heartedly and was always willing to help whenever it was needed.

Jen was predeceased by her Father Lorin Blowers, Step-Father Kenneth Germain Sr, Grandmother Virginia (Cripps) Ansell, Mother-in-Law Sylvia Brown.

She is survived by her Mother Lorrie (McMillan) Germain, Partner Kris Brown, Children Sierra Brown and Dylan McMillan, Brothers Jeremy (Melissa) Blowers and Kenneth (Moriah) Germain, Sister Kayla (Tim) Meek. Along with many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 28, 2024 at the Escanaba Civic Center 12-2pm. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes is assisting the family.

    From the time you were born you were my shadow. To say I’m going to miss you is an understatement it’s still unbelievable.You are and were the kindest person always willing to help anyone. I know you are in a better place now and no more pain.. I hope you are with all of our love ones who went before you give them hugs from us all. I love and miss you forever my beautiful niece ❤️❤️❤️
