Unfortunately I have to be out of town for Carolyn’s visitation and funeral. I want to express my deepest sympathy in your family’s loss. I worked closely with Carolyn for the 10 years she was at UPCAP and throughly enjoyed her. She was very intelligent and a hard worker. She has been missed at UPCAP from the day she left. I can still see her coming down the hall and keeping everyone informed as to what is going on. She loved people and she was always helpful. I know how much she loved her family. We should all be grateful to have had Carolyn in our lives.

    Very sincerely,

What to say about my grams, she loved her triscuits and cheese, the lava lamps, and her piano playing, and who can forget Mr. Eds Grotto North, a lot of good memories that I can hold onto forever. I love you grams.

My heart goes out to those she loved and the lives she touched. To those who knew her, she was so much more than “our Grams.” Grams always had such an incredible spirit. I will never forget the laughs we shared watching the “Golden Girls”…or the love she had for all.

I worked with Carolyn at UPCAP for quite a few years — she always had such great stories of her family — she loved them dearly. She was so kind to me during our time working together at UPCAP — no one could fix the postage machine like Carolyn.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families during this time.

Carolyn was a great lady with a terrific sense of humor. I worked with her at UPCAP and enjoyed sharing stories of family and work. I was fortunate enough to run into Carolyn at Super Valu in Gladstone a month or so ago and got my last hug. No matter what her health was, she always had a smile on her face – and that is what I will remember and cherish!

I want to send my deepest sympathy to all of her family and friends. She was a very good friend since our high school days and we worked together at American Playground, in Anderson, IN and Nahma, MI a long time ago.
