Mary T. Flinn, age 93, of Rock passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at the St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba.
Mary was born December 20, 1928 in Rock, the daughter of Victor and Julia (Fillion) DeGrand. She was raised in Rock and graduated from the Rock High School in 1948. She was united in marriage to Franklin Flinn on September 1, 1956. Mary was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Perkins, worked at TJ VanDamme Farms and loved gardening.
Mary is survived by her children, Roger (Tracy) Flinn of St. Nicholas and Rita (Jamie) Tuch of Menominee; grandchildren, Chet, Trevor and Jayna Godfrey and Ryan and Rory Tuch and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Franklin and her siblings, Lawrence, Paul and Eddie DeGrand, Evelyn Chouinard, Irene Beauprey and Ellen Buchholz.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 25 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, November 26 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Perkins with Fr. William Ssozi officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Gardens of Rest Cemetery in Wells.
