When I would come to town to visit my folks I could always count on seeing Janie and Gordy walking somewhere in town. I would usually stop and say hi and they would always remember me. They would keep me posted on the latest as to what was happening with Pubby and Nanny. Please accept my condolences on the loss of Janie she was a fun and outgoing lady.

Awww… Janie. ❤️ Such a sweet, spunky lady. I had the great pleasure of meeting Jane and her “Gordy” who went walking with her everyday when I worked at city hall. She’d make a pit stop at city hall and chit chat for a short second and hurry back out to her Gordy. She was so full of life, love and kindness. Those who met her were truly blessed. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed.
My sympathies to the family and her Gordy. Prayers and love.

Such a friendly beautiful lady. I always would chat with her when she was walking. She had worked with my cousin Dick at Delta Reporter. She will be missed.

Peggy and Jan so sorry about the passing of your mother… She was quite a lady… loved her tenacity and outlook on life. Hope we all should be so lucky to live our lives out like she did. May you find comfort in cherished memories of her and through the support of family and friends…

I grew up across the street from Janie and Gordon. Always saw them walking the neighborhood. I loved how much she hated dandelions and she’d even go to neighbors houses pulling them out. I also remember having cookies and milk a their house when I was young. She will be greatly missed my so many. Prayers going to the family
