David Mason was born and raised in Danville, Illinois. In 1961 moved to Marinette, Wi and then in 1966 moved to Escanaba as Circulation Mgr. for the Daily Press.
Joined the work force at Mead paper in 1982 retiring in 2002, Served Trinity Lutheran Church in Stonington as a Licensed Lay Minister retiring in 2009.
Presently serving on the Wells Township Board as Trustee and also participating in the reading buddies program at Cameron school. I also work with the youth at Bay Pines Detension Center.
My wife Linda and I have five children and six grandchildren. We are active members of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Escanaba.
I do not believe in total retirement as one needs to keep active to keep body and mind alert.
