William J. “Bill” Howard, age 75, of Rapid River passed away at Christian Park Healthcare Center in Escanaba. A graveside service will be scheduled in the summer at Rapid River Cemetery. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Howard Family.
