Robert David Page, age 82, passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 3, 2017, at Pinecrest Medical Care Facility in Powers.

 

Robert was born May 15, 1934, in Escanaba, the son of Robert K. and Arvilla (Gruendemann) Page.  He was raised in Powers.  Robert was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church in Escanaba.  He loved listening to music, watching sports and reading.

 

Survivors include:

Sisters:  Martha (Laurence) Savord, Marian (Leonard) VanDrese, Monica Welch

and Melanie (Lawrence) Franklin

Brothers:  Ervin (Marie) Page and Kenneth (Char) Page Robert is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.

 

Robert’s parents; Robert K. and Arvilla Page, and his brother in law; Leroy Welch, preceded him in death.

 

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Robert David Page will be held privately at the convenience of his family.  Robert will be laid to rest in the Spaulding Township Cemetery.  The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting with arrangements.  Robert’s family would like to humbly thank the staff at Pinecrest Medical Care Facility for their kind support, care and professionalism throughout Robert’s residency

    My sympathy to all the Page Family. Seems like yesterday when we were in the old store and Robert was outside.

    I don’t know if you will remember me as it’s been a long time since I’ve has contact with any of you. I am Rosalie Phillips Wickman
    daughter of Tom & Bernice Phillips. I live in Racine, WI now.
    I know how you feel losing your brother as I lost my brother Myron (Sonny) in December.
