    Rest In Peace my friend.
I’ll always remember Leslie’s energy and big laugh! We had some great times at the mill and log yard. Great worker and a fun guy to be around.
    Condolences to the Klatt family.

I was saddened to hear Leslie passed. I grew up with Leslie in Goodman and had lost touch until about two years ago. He always had a positive attitude and seemed genuinely pleased to see me. I remember him as a very hard worker having been a logger and sawmill worker, When there wasn’t work in the woods he took a job at Home Depot for a while. I would usually see him and occasionally visit with him on his way to church at the Latter Day Saints near my house. My thoughts go out to his family. You can take it easy now Les.

Your childhood friends and classmates will remember your smile. So many good memories. Condolences to your entire family. Rest well Leslie. You will be missed. The GAC Alumni, The Class of 1978 and the kids of the 70’s from Goodman WI.

We were sorry to hear of the passing of Leslie. We were classmates in school and the things I will remember about Les is his laugh, friendly attitude and his cannon for an arm. He could throw a football 50 yards without a lot of effort. My most recent contact with Les was on a Florence Co. Forest timbersale that he was working on. Hadn’t seen him for a long time and he was his old friendly self. You will be sincerely missed by all that knew you. Our sympathy to your family. May you rest in peace our friend.

So many memories. Family picnics at Lake Hilbert. Goodman Park. Firemen’s picnics. Family house parties at your mom and dads. When our dads and the guys put in ours and your parents basements in. Playing baseball, football, and just having fun all over town. Rest well Leslie. We will remember your smile. I am glad we reconnected these past few months.
