Howard Hebert

Howard Hebert, age 80, passed away Wednesday morning, July 25, 2018, at his home in St. Jacques.

Howard was born on February 12, 1938, in Nahma, the son of Reginald and Marion (Olson) Hebert. He was raised in Nahma and was a graduate of Nahma High School.

On August 6, 1960, Howard was united in marriage to the former Kathryn L. Wilbee, at Calvary Lutheran Church in Rapid River, and together the couple made their home, raised their family and spent their entire married lives together in St. Jacques.

Howard was employed at Bark River Culvert and Equipment for more than 50 years. Following his retirement from Bark River Culvert in 2002, Howard loved to drive heavy equipment for Don and Mark Pomeroy. Howard loved his family and enjoyed spending time with all of them. He will be sadly missed.

Survivors include:
Children: David Hebert, Scott (Ollie) Hebert and
Jodi (Len) Nedeau
Brothers: Harold (Maryann) Hebert and Bob Hebert
Sisters: Kathleen Frankovich, Ann (Tony) Mauhar and
Carol (Jim) LaLonde
Grandsons: Justin and Jordan Nedeau and Derek Hebert
Great Grandsons: Walter, Beau and Zane Nedeau

Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Reginald and Marion and his loving wife Kathy, Howard was preceded in death by:
Brother in law: John Frankovich
Sister in law: Phyllis Hebert

Howard will be laid to rest in the Rapid River Cemetery on Friday August 3, 2018, at 10:00AM, with Pastor William Rafuse of the Rapid River Congregational Church officiating. The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting with arrangements.

    losing your mom. I remember Howard with that gentle smile and I know you have
    wonderful memories of family life shared over the years.
