5 Tributes for “Elizabeth “Joan” Sundstrom

Gary and I are so sorry Joan passed. Beautiful lady and so full of energy. She will be missed. Thoughts and prayers are with Tom and Julie. May Joan rest in peace

I was the aunt and she was the niece. We were born four days apart. Lots of fun childhood memories. Sunday movies wth Marce and icecream at Sakylly’s’, Days at the Gladstone beach. Joan and Don were very kind to me when we lived in Milwaukee. Thoughts and prayers are with her family.

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen Joanie, but I fondly remember many camping trips and summers in Gladstone where Joanie and “Mr. Don” were present. Heaven gets another angel!

I wish to express my condolences to Julie and her family for the loss of Joan. I worked for Joan and Don at Sundstrom Electric while in high school, mowed their lawns and baby sat Julie. They essentially provided me with my spending money through high school. She was a great person to learn from in my first job, and of course Don had an incredible sense of humor. They both made a big impression on me early in my life; they were the kind of people that the world needs more of. Our thoughts and prayers will be with them and the family.
